Natascha's beloofde land

Dutch-Jewish journalist Natascha van Weezel (32) cycles through Israel and the West Bank for a month. She meets people of her generation with whom she talks about their personal dreams for the future in perhaps the most complex conflict zone in the world. Will the hardening continue or is there growing hope with the rise of a young generation? During her bike tour from the seaside resort of Tel Aviv to the Balata refugee camp and from the Palestinian city of Ramallah to the illegal settlement of Yitzhar, she speaks to young Israelis and Palestinians. Despite the violence and pressure from coercive social, religious and political structures, they take their fate into their own hands, even if it goes directly against the current.
